The methods to improve bubbles can be achieved by optimizing material composition, adjusting the mold ventilation system, and reducing the dispensing speed of the injection molding machine.


Once again, there are burrs. Burr refers to irregular protrusions or depressions on the surface of a product, usually caused by improper mold design, material flow obstruction, and other reasons. The methods for improving burrs include optimizing mold design, improving the ventilation performance of the flow channel, and increasing the fluidity of the material.
